*Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Appearance

Due to variations in individual picture settings and fabric shades some colors may appear slightly different on a screen/monitor than they do on the physical item. Returns/refunds will not be issued for color variations unless due to product defect.

Item Sizing

The sizing of each item is listed in the size chart tab on the product page. If you're unsure of proper sizing please consult the size chart before ordering. Refunds will not be granted due to sizing issues.

Refunds 

If item arrives damaged or defective please email a photo highlighting the issue and a brief description to info@apparelasylum.com and upon verification of defect return/replacement instructions will be sent. In cases of a refund you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
